Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process and be fulfilled in our warehouse. We offer a basic 5-7 business day shipping option.
Military Fit wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. You can purchase with confidence because you are backed by our 60-day guarantee.
Simply return the unused product or used product from Military Fit within 60 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price.(minus shipping costs)
How to get a refund or initiate an exchange:
Contact our support team at Support@militaryfit.com to get Return Merchandise Number (RMN). Send your unused portion/physical product excluding t-shirts to our return address:

Your return must be within 60 days from your billing. All charges are fully refundable (less shipping and handling fees) 60 days from the billing date.

After 30 days of your initial start date as a military fit member, we no longer can issue a refund but we can cancel your subscription immediately so you have no further charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
